HA Pool gray

Well I have a HA pool with a primary and backup. The pool is gray and the nodes are red.

Any suggestions?

Both members of the pool appear to be down. This would suggest what services are stopped on both members or that there is a connectivity loss between both members and the main Orion server. To troubleshoot this issue further I would suggest opening a case with support.
