Is there anyway for me to download Orion 8.1?

Is what is running in production but can't seem to find the installer anywhere locally.

you just need to request it via a support ticket-

forms.netsuite.com/.../externalcasepage.nl

or a phone request.

Hmm they seem to be really puzzled by this request. All I am asking for is 8.1, but my license shows 8.5 I guess. They are talking a lot but not saying anything.

If you have have current maintenance then your account will reflect the latest update and be provisioned for it so always keep track of those previous installers for older versions. This was discussed last week and perhaps it is more of problem than convenience to have just the most recent software download available?

Did you not get the version you needed?

I'm not sure who you spoke with but just be specific that you want 8.1 and do not have 8.5 installed nor do you wish to upgrade.
