Send report of ‘Top 5 Endpoints’ when interface exceeds Alert for 5 mins

I've just installed the trial version of NTA and wish to setup, if possible, an
automated email to send a report of ‘Top 5 Endpoints’ for an interface when it
exceeds its Alert for transmit/receive percent utilization threshold for 5
mins.

Is this posable as I’m struggling to find a way?

There is an out of the box alert for interface utilization with top talkers that can use, just search top talkers on the manage alerts page and you should find it.

There are some great resources in Thwack that deal with customizing alerts using what sounds like exactly what you're asking for.
