Yes, the latest version of Log Forwarder does support Windows Server 2008. If you want to grab a 30-day trial* of Log Forwarder, download the latest Kiwi Syslog Trial and look for the "LogForwarder" executables in the downloaded Zip file.
* = Log Forwarder is not a separate SolarWinds product; the full version is available if you own other SolarWinds products such as Kiwi Syslog or Log & Event Manager.
