Mouse rollover and custom properties

In the Network Atlas documentation, it states that we can modify the display of a mouse rollover to display a custom property. When we add (example: Problem: ${problem}) a custom property, it shows the text and no data (example: it displays 'Problem: ${problem}'). Can custom properties be displayed on a move rollover? If so, what did we do wrong?

Yes custom properties can be displayed, so here are the OOTB ones. So what is the exact name of the custom field, is do you have the case right?

I have done a lot of this and it works great. See this recent thread which might help:

I have added custom properties to my hover over on object on my network summary map. It could also be a reference issue I've seen before where you may have to use something like ${Node.problem} to reference your custom property problem. If you read page two of the thread you will see how I used my custom properties in hover overs.
