Out-of-the-box device support AKA "native pollers" CPU&RAM

I like to know how vendor get to "status" of native poller in the NPM?

Can any one from SW like to share ??

I dont see how native support for Alaxala and Apresia devices can come before all of the other big vendors ?

Is there any democratic way to get to that "status" or any other fair way?

hi,

SolarWinds wants always satisfy current customers on existing markets.This is why we pay so much attention on Thwack community and it is always taken into account when we planning support for other vendors.

But we also have internal strategies and we want to satisfy customers from the markets where Solarwinds is not yet (Japan for instance). In this case we need to listen to specifics of these markets and it may happen that their priorities are not corresponding with priorities of other markets.

Anyway, our global strategy is that we want to have satisfied customers and we want to help you resolve your problems.

Some how you du answer my qustion at Solarwinds doesn't realy have "top 10 native poller support list" :-)

1.I would like to know if there any limitaion in the number of native poller NPM could work with?

2.Is there way to get the NPM more flexible like mentation in that tread http://thwack.solarwinds.com/message/153834#153834
