Map maker interface lines not turning red on down interfaces

Question

Created a network map and I have down interfaces on a router and the lines drawn between the 2 routers are not turning from green to red showing the link is down.

My interfaces took for ever to go from unknown to down but the lines on the map are still showing unknown or up and the polling for these are set for 2 minutes to 15 minutes and they have been down for hours now and not change.

Is this a bug or do I have something setup wrong somwhere.

SW Orion latest ver. and service pack along with Engineers toolset and latest update and patches.Map maker latest version as well.

Yes the lines are associated with hssi frame circuits on each end.

May seem like an obvious question, but have you associated the link with an interface on one of the routers?

If not, associate it with the interface on the router nearest to Orion
