Orion NPM "NetPerfMon" database size

Looking at my NetPerfMon database size I noticed that the table "TrapVarbinds" occupy 6Gbytes of space, I have the trap service shutdown on this server and I am not really sending any traps to this server. Why would the table be so large and how can I clear the table, If not needed.

It could be some orphaned data.

 

Here are the steps to truncating that table- 

first- back you DB.

After truncating- use the compact DB from the SW Database mgr. to compact any white space.
