Disabling hint on main dashboard?

Hello,

After upgrading to NPM 12.2 there is a hint that pops up that tells you (Click the pencil to edit the layout or content of the page)

I have looked everywhere and cant seem to find anywhere to disable this? I have talked to support and they told me it was a browser setting which I don't believe it is

Well, the actual vertical Edit panel is associated with your NPM user privileges. If you want to get rid of THAT, you must create a user account without Edit privileges and log in with it instead of your normal user account.

But I haven't done that yet, and I stopped getting the Hint you attached after I first saw it--probably by clicking on some "Hide this hint" option. Hmmm . . .

Have you tried accessing the page from a different browser? Maybe you'll see that option to hide the hint that way?

Yes ive tried in Firefox, Chrome and Edge and all show up with the same hint over and over again. I don't see anything that would hide the hint
