Is there anywhere I can download SRM:profiler module agents? the ones I downloaded from http://knowledgebase.solarwinds.com/kb/questions/4944/Storage+Resource+Monitor+Profiler+Module+%28formerly+STM%29+Download+Links are zipped and they give an error: "windows cant open the folder" .please help

Try to logon to you customer portal and look under downloads of the SRM part of you license and choose the download you need. Have you tried this?
