unable to clear the deployment health severity and warnings in solarwinds console please advise

Hi ,

We found some severity's in Orion deployment health issues errors like DNS host name lookup, ping plugiins on agents, Identify pending Windows updates and Element count .these errors 60+ severity's and warring available but we are unable to clear these events in solarwinds console.

could you please let me know how to clear below events and provide solutions. please find the below sample errors

NPM -12.4 Version. these events found in all settings - my Orion deployment - deployment health.

we have top of one clear all option available. i am not sure this option working or not. but before we can clear severity's and warring need any action required ? if yes, could you please let me know the what type of actions required
