Orion Website error appears to be linked to Orion user profile

I have two Orion accounts that receive Orion Website Error when they try to drill down on to differing nodes on the Orion maps.

I'm unable to determine any property that is causing this. I checked SQL server load, differing node drill downs work fine when clicked.

At very same time I can get at same data using a different Orion account.

I have a support ticket in. Anyone have ideas on how I might nail down the cause? It does not appear to be related from client side because I have consistent failing condition using bad Orion account that from the same client using a different Orion account works fine.

Support was able to fix this. Though we don't have a root cause he did find several problems that addressed the problem. I will attempt to describe here...

1. NCM had been installed a long time ago but not being used. There seemed to be a problem with many, many, NCM empty entries that were taking up space.

2. DB clean up, the tool was upgraded but no clean up was done prior, we had hundreds of empty wireless nodes, many other that were simply collect data and not cleaning up soon enough. This was cleaned up.

I still have a laundry list of clean up tasks to do but for now the tool is functioning and with the smaller DB its running faster. BTW... support did a fine job on this one.
