Login page on v10.1.3

I have recently upgraded Solarwinds to v10.1.3, but now my login page isn't showing correctly, the images and the stylesheets are not loading, all I get is the username and password boxes but no submit button image or the top banners and styling.

I have checked that the images and stylesheet are coded to the correct folders, which they are. The login page functions correctly but doesn't have any styling or images on.

Once you have logged in and go into Solarwinds, all the other pages show the stylesheets and images as they should, so I'm wondering if it's a permission problem on the login page.

Any advice would be most grateful if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

I saw this once myself, but only on my PC. I cleared my browsers cache, and it was fine. Not sure if that will help, but it did for me.

Do you get the same thing with a different browser?

I'd agree with Don, I've seen that happen before and clearing the browser cache sorts it out. Also, check and see if you are using a proxy server, and whether it has cached the page.

I have cleared my browsers cache in both IE and Firefox and the proxy server cache has been flushed too. We still get the same problem, that none of the stylesheets or images are showing. All our users are getting the same problem.

If you login and logout again you get the stylesheet loaded on the login page but still no images. This is why I'm thinking it's a permission problem.

It may be worth running the configuration wizard,by selecting all the Orion components.(may be just website may work,but we are not sure where the problem is coming from)

start-->All Programs-->SolarWinds Orion-->Configuration and Auto-Discovery-->Configuration Wizard.
