ipMonitor has been end-of-life for some time now. NPM has significant improvements in reporting, alerting, dashboards, pollers, and everything else that makes a monitoring tool great. NPM also integrates with the other tools in the Orion suite (SAM, NTA, NCM, etc) to give you a single console to work from if you are monitoring more than just your network.
