NPM Error When accessing Website

Question

I am in the process of a major upgrade from NPM 9.0 w/NTS 3.0 to NPM 9.5 SP4 with NTA 3.5 SP2. I did everything possible to prevent any issues with the install and did not have any problems/errors during the upgrade but get the following error when accessing the website.

"Orion License Error. License check failed"

I even got the message 'Your software license key is installed!' at the end of the installations of NPM and NTA. I have rebooted, checked IIS permissions, and even saved the registry keys top compare from the previous install. I assume I am not the first to experience this issue, so hopefully someone can provide some insight so I can get the system fully functional by Monday morning.

I have tried about 10 different fixes already w/o any luck, but I am starting to think it may have to do with the re-partitioning of the drives. The software originally gets installed w/a key that I believe generates a serial # based on a hash of the HW and system, which may not match now due to the change. I wanted to try the License Management Tool, but it only works over port 80... WTF!
