Custom poller for SSH

Is it possible to create a custom poller in NPM to logon to an SSH server and verify some output text? Simply checking that SSH is up isn't enough.

It is not currently possible to logon via SSH. Custom pollers can only be used to make an SNMP query to a device.

Okay, thank you. Is this something we'd need to get APM to do?
