Live Weather Map - Canada

I know there has been some posts on creating a live weather map. I would like to do this for my SW implementation.

Looking for a live weather map in Canada that supports this feature. I have only been able to find US maps that will work.

In particular, looking for Ontario.

We are wanting to do the same. I know that NEXRAD Level 3 Weather data is public domain, so I am wondering if there is an API that our programmers can use to hook the NEXRAD into a map.
