Hearing from multiple Sales Reps - not a technical issue

Question

I recall seeing another member of the forums post a comment that included, amongst a few issues, that they were being contacted by multiple sales reps regarding Orion modules and potential licensing increases.  I couldn't seem to find the thread, it was a few months ago that I saw it, but wanted to make sure it was noted by the Solarwinds staff.

We've been getting e-mails from multiple sales reps regarding modules, licensing, and now Orion v10.  Unfortunately, the e-mail address they are using to contact us is a group address that includes my manager.  From our end, it is beginning to look bad with multiple people contacting us regarding the same products/licensing.

I can provide some more detailed information to someone, but wanted to at least put this out there to hopefully get it resolved.

we had similar occurence and this can be taken care by support once u inform them.. they just need to remove the contact list from those email fliers...

Regardless of the association, this is a to a great degree basic issue. Deals reps regularly feel as if they don't have enough leads, regardless of really having a plenitude. I have seen that this issue regularly begins with an absence of responsibility in the CRM. Simply make a visit to Error 1603 to get specialized help.
