Out of curiosity, can you put the polling functionality of the primary poller on a separate server from the Orion core?
You can move most polling to an additional poller. This poller is a separate purchase.
We have our core system handling all the administrative work, plus IPAM, NTA, UDT and other work as the core system. We purchased 6 pollers and 1 additional web server to off loaf the work from the core system.

That is not possible but you can purchase and additional web server and direct your users there instead of the main poller.
