Reboot Alert

I need an alert set up to notify when a device reboots. I can seem to figure out how to write one using active alerts. Any ideas?

Just go to alerts - create a new alert with "property to monitor" set to reboot.
There is even a precanned alert for this (if you haven't deleted it) - "Page me when a router reboots".
Just select "last boot" under network nodes in the <Property to monitor> tab.

I remember that canned alert being there but it was deleted after I upgraded a few versions ago.

Create a new Alert. Set the Property to Monitor to "Last Reboot", then set the Trigger to "Any time this changes".
