Orion Webpage Will not allow access

I am upgrading from 8.01 to 8.5.1 SP@. I have followed all of the instructions and still get the following from the website.

The URL changes from Login.asp to /SummaryView.asp

What gives?

That did not work. I don't get tot he admin page.

what is your default homepage set to? what views are on that homepage?

Can you log in as guest account? if so then go into the database and change the homepageviewid field to match
This can be found in the Accounts table.

This should be an easy fix but there are a few different things to try. Just call into support if you cannot resolve this soon.
