iam having "high transmit percent utilization" in almost all of my core switches.. where could i see this configuration parameters?

Are you getting alerts, or is this showing up in your resources on the web console? In the first case, you should go to the Alert manager to check the settings on the alert. In the second case, go to the Admin section of the web console, and check NPM settings.
