Orion website error

I ran configuration wizard., in the website part I selected "Unsigned".. when I log to web console I get the following error.

Could not load file or assembly 'SolarWinds.Licensing.Framework, Version=3.0.0.477, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=0bdb206719860e1f' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

When you installed NPM, did all the pre-requisites pass? The error message indicates that there may be a .NET problem, or maybe a C++ programming library is missing. I did a quick search on the SolarWinds Success Centre for your error message, but received no results.

My advice, as this seems a very specific error, would be to log a ticket via the Customer Portal, and have the support team look in to this error for you.

Please let us know what the eventual solution is!

Can you run the license tool ?

i ran the configuration wizard again, then everything completed successfully. all the services started running. but it took 30+ minutes for web console to come back to normal state as it was still caching files.

But I first went to iis and deleted (Netperfmon and application pool) then went to C:\inetpub, renamed solarwinds profile.
