Netpath NOC session Timeout

Hi all

I have recently upgraded to NPM 12.1, and I have created NOC showing different Netpath ... if there is way where I can disable the session timeout because of inactivity.

We also recently upgraded to version 12.1
Now even though we have "Disable Session Timeouts" set to "Yes", everyone is still getting logged out whenever they are inactive for a few minutes in SolarWinds.
We have tried recreating personal accounts and group accounts but still get the timeout and forced to log back in.
Does anyone know of a fix for this?
