Is it possible to create an alert based on the status of a map?

The short answer is no, although I did request this in the feature request forum some time ago.
Basically create an alert based on objects in a map.All you would have to do is keep your maps up to date, and your alerts will follow.This could also include interface alerts.
In some instances, this would be much easier than creating advanced alerts for many different nodes and interface types.
Thank you. I'll make sure to request this as a feature as well. Perhaps we can convince the developers to add it in the next version of Orion.
