Importing Alerts into NPM 12.0

I am trying to import alerts from one Orion Platform NPM 12.0 to another NPM 12.0. I export the alert from the source platform fine and put the file on the new platform. When I click on import alert and locate the file it seems to have imported the alert but it never shows up in the Manage Alert Window. Any help you can provide will be appreciated.

Close and reopen the browser. If that works I'd still contact support. I've seen this issue when duplicating the alerts as well.
