Remote Admin Tools

I'm having a problem when trying to connect to any of our pollers, I get an error message could not connect class not registered on local machine. I've rebooted and reinstalled but still get this error.

Also when I open the mapmaker I don't get all my current maps?

Also when I open report writer I get the default reports but no reports I've created myself?

Anyone got any ideas?

I may be running into the same problem I had. There is a remote admin fix I got from support. It basically registers a file on your desktop that you need to make it work.

As for report writer and map maker you need to copy all the reports and maps to your machine 1st. Make the changes there and then push them back to the server.

If you recently upgraded you may want to check that the path of the upgrade is the same as your original path. Sometime it will install one subfolder down in which case you would need to copy all of your maps and custom object into the same destination in the new install folder.
