Bug Report: Charts are generated as PNGs, Chart.asp sets Content-Type to image/jpeg

This bug has been raised as a support case, under #43268.
When a chart is generated on the web console, by Chart.asp - it generates a PNG file. The HTTP Content-Type header however is set to image/jpeg. This causes browsers to attempt to read the file as a JPG - and then the newer browsers will actually fall back and work it out from the file contents. This fails for older browsers (or scripts such as PHP's imagecreatefrompng - which expects the Content-Type header to be set correctly).
