I had the toolset installed on my Vista client at one point but since then I have uninstalled all plugins because IE would occasionally hang. I've since learned that happens and it has something to do with Flash. However, since then now when I sign into Orion I am never prompted to install the SWToolset.exe. If I click on a bandwidth guage in Orion I get the following error:
"To utilize the Solarwinds Toolset Integration features, be sure to allow ActiveX controls in your browser"
I know that the problem is somewhere within the client because I have a Windows XP client that never had the SWToolset installed and when I opened Orion it prompted to install the SWToolset.exe software as you would expect.
I host Orion from orion.wanee.org and that website is in my Trusted sites security zone and is set to low but it still doesn't prompt to install the toolset.
Any ideas why the toolset won't install?
I'm using Orion NPM 9.1 SP3 with Solarwinds Engineers Edition toolset 9.2.0.1 (that's what the launchpad version currently says)
