Cisco IPS 4270 Interface not see On NPM

I have a cisco ips 4270,

when i insert on NPM I can see only management interface , not all the 10GB interface.

I cannot read a configuration (ihave NCM)

I must use a particulary procedure?

I wanted to point out that interfaces 10gb are recognized but they are always down, even if they are Up.

but remain the problem that interace 10gb in IPS are up and work,

but in npm are down....
