We have installed solarwinds 12.4 NPM in our environment and started discovering network devices using snmpv2c. However, few devices are not getting added to the new solarwinds. Tried both network discovery and add node features.
When I check the SNMPWalk for these devices, observed timeouts in 12.4 NPM.
Since we already have old solarwinds NPM 10.7 in our environment(we are building new parallel 12.4 environment) , I was able to successfully do SNMPWalk to these devices.
The same network devices are getting discovered and returning OIDs for SNMPWalk in our old environment. But in the new 12.4 environment, receiving timeouts.
Is there anything on the network devices to be enabled. Am I missing something here. I'm pretty sure that there are no firewalls between network devices and new solarwinds.
