What version(s) and which agents are supported (Windows, IIS, Apache)?

I installed the latest Windows Agent 7.2.1 and received an error that looks like a 32-bit vs 64-bit app error.
Process Request Exception: An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8007000B)
Mobile Admin is installed on a 64-bit 2012 R2 server.
I tried the older agent, but it doesn't work with our 8.x RSA server.
The docs don't say anything other than "Check Here" to enable and a link to a dead URL for more info from RSA.
