After reinstall solarwinds version 8.2 (i know that it is old but we are still using this product) i am no longer able to view real time modem status. The error that keeps poping up on the server is 'CMTS Data Import encountered a problem and needed to close.' I am importing data fropm a ubr10012 cmts. Is there anything that i can do to clear the error and be able to view real time modem status?
