Alerts Cannot Edit, Locking up IE11, NPM 12.0.1, on Windows 7, using IE11

I am having a problem when editing alerts. When the page first come up, I can click and review an alert, but then the next time that I click on an alert, it just kind of flickers then nothing, before long the nothing on the browser will respond. If I close IE and reopen then everything else works find until I try to edit alerts again. Does anybody have a clue what is causing this?

Same issue presented itself today for me. Running IE11 on Win 7 and I see the flickering and the inability to edit an alert. I get the same results with Firefox. My next step is to install Chrome and give that a shot. I'll report my findings here.

No luck with Chrome. The problem I am seeing is the inability to use the drop down menus for the child conditions in either an existing or new alert. Nothing is there and clicking the drop down arrow produces no results.

I received approval to reboot the SQL server in our Solarwinds environment and now alert editing has been restored.
