Is global search available yet? I cant find the installer with npm 12

We are still working on this feature and prioritizing it with other planned features. Keep in mind that OGS is a tech preview, and like any tech preview features from any vendor, they can come and go as needed prior to the full functionality coming to market. In short, stay tuned.
