no "Admin" on web page

On my Admin account I made a mistake and remove "Admin" from the web page. Now I cannot create new accounts, settings etc.
Any suggestions how to resolve this?

This is directly from the Admin Guide - under Custom Menu bars.

Do not delete the Admin option from the Admin Menu Bar. If you do you will only be able to access Admin functions by logging in as Admin then entering YourOrionURL/.../Admin in the Address field.
