New Customer Portal - how to download V9.1 SP2 for SL2000 ???

I see the Solarwinds customer portal has been updated.

I am now able to view the hostnames associated with each license in use!
I requested this feature some time ago and I am happy to see it is now implemented.

WAY TO GO SOLARWINDS :-D

However, I'm trying to download the latest 9.1 SP2 for my Orion 9.0 SL2000 server and the only file available is: SolarWinds-Orion-v9-SL2000.zip (which I already have).

Just wondering why the Service Packs are not listed in the pustomer portal for download anywhere?
I'me sure there are some customers that don't use these forums and have no idea that a SP2 is available.

BTW, the FTP link posted for SP2 does not reference SL2000, so I'm not sure if this update would work?

Service Packs aren't size-specific. There's one SP for all production versions. There is a separate one for Evals.

Thanks Mark, I have the update now.

I am currently running V9.0 SP2, but as per the readme, the update must be applied to V9.1

The customer portal shows only: SolarWinds-Orion-v9-SL2000.zip as available for download (this is the same file I downloaded in July for V9.0).

I know this versioning issue has been brought up many times before in these forums, but it is still an issue.
I have to download the complete 200Mb file first to verify what version this is.
Can the file not be named to include the specific version?

The name restriction is a result of our backend system. It seems like it should be trivial, but it has a big impact internally, so while it's something we have a plan to fix, it's not something we've been able to execute yet.

I upgraded my SL2000 from V9.0 to 9.1 last night.
The file I downloaded not only upgraded to 9.1, but also installed SP2, so I didn't need to download SP2 separately....

I must say the installers have gotten a lot smarter. This was one of the easiest and most seamless upgrades yet.
In all it did take about 15 minutes, but everything worked perfectly once it was done.

The only error message was at the end of the install when trying to start the services.
I had unchecked the option to install and start Syslog and Traps services.
There was a popup saying "Installation failed - unable to find or start the Syslog service".
