Report on individual CPU utilization

I have a server with x number of CPUs. I can find multiple ways to report on AVERAGE CPU of the entire server. I can also see the current "CPUs by Percent Load" resource. But what I really want is a report that shows the utilization of EACH CPU over time.

Basically I need the information shown below, but not just the current status. I want a historical line graph.

On the Web console do:

1. Click reports
2. Click Manage Reports
3. Create New Report
4. Select Chart
5. Basic Slector Vendor is equal to Windows -- Or any other filter condition and Add to Layout
6. Click Edit Chart
7. Add Average Percent Memory Used
8. Add Average CPU Load
9. Click Sumit
10. Title your report
11. Click Next Next Next Next
12. Click Sumit
