Mysterious Orion server lockup requiring a system power off-power on to reset

Yesterday the Orion server locked-up/froze and the only solution was to power-off and power-on to get it back online. Luckily this does not occur too often.

After much review of Event Viewer logs etc I came up with very little, yet I do have a question about this popup which happened once the system was back online.

Could this process (Solarwinds.BusinessLayerHost.exe) have been the culprit by perhaps abending? NPM 10.0.
