Unable to download Hotfix

I'm trying to download the NPM 9.5 SP2 Hotfix 1 and when I click on the link it redirects me to my support portal page. Anyone else having this issue?

I wouldn't worry with hotfix, SP3 is about to be released and the hotfix ended up causing my Imbedded Maps to not load.
