The web access has been restored and license has been upgraded to 500 last night. Web access is working OK early this morning but the customer suddenly lost connection to the web console.Please see below error seen @ the server. Upon checking, the Solarwinds Orion Module service is running.

Upon troubleshooting with the client, we tried STARTING all services related to Solarwinds. Then the web console is now accessible.
What could be the reason for the sudden disconnection to the NPM Web Console. Which logs can we look at to investigate on the reason for outage
