I've written some custom reports using the report writer but I'd like more control over the output. For instance, in some cases I'd like to send just plain text. I imagine my options are a lot broader if I use a different tool like crystal but then I have to do my own joins. Does SW publish an ERD? Is anyone else reporting using a third party tool?
