How do I import a map for the county I live in into NPM?

I have several campuses located in different towns within the same county and want to import the county map so that I can then nest the campuses within the general map.

This is not a problem in the Network Atlas. You can set the image you want as the map background and also create nested maps for the campuses (place the map on the map).
