Polling Engine Down

Hi,

My System is working 100% but under Admin -> Details -> Polling Engine, it's showing up as down with the red icon (see attached screenshot).

Any ideas?

I have restarted both web and db server and the status on the polling engine remains the same, down.

Hi drak,

Thanks for the post. I have applied the new hot fix for NPM 10 SP1. After restart all the service and viewing the polling engine status via the web console I notice the lag when loading the page. Polling Engine still states down with a red icon, but all is still working.

This is what I have installed on the server:

Orion
Module Name:	Orion Core
Version:	2010.1.0
Service Pack:	1

NCM
Module Name:	Orion Network Configuration Manager

Service Pack:	None

NPM
Module Name:	Network Performance Monitor
