CPULoad Table and HostAverageMemoryUsage Chart

Hi All!
I read the knowledge base article ID=263 "Why does Orion show memory utilization greater then 100%?". In a nutshell, it says that real and virtual memory are combined so you could have 150%. First, this is completely illogical as you cannot determine what fraction of the 150% is real and which is virtual memory. Actually the KB article uses the term "static" which I assume they mean to be "real" memory, and that "virtual" memory is actually swap. However, it is unclear what MIBs are being read.
The UCB-MIBs has OIDs for both real memory and swap, so this seems to be the local things it is reporting. However, looking in the CPULoad table there is no field for swap, virtual memory or anything else. There is a Volumes table with real memory, virtual memory or swap, but not every machine report.
What we are trying to do is create reports for our customers that show the actual memory usage on all of their systems (Linux, Windows, Solaris). However, it seems that there is no consistent way of reporting.
Any help would be greatly appreaciated.
Regards,
Jim Mohr
