NetFlow Node Details can't display at web page

Hi,
I just installed Orion NPM v8. All Cisco devices can be found at application site. But I can't see any node details at web page for all Cisco routers and routing switches. Layer2 switches and Cisco access points have no problem to display all details and meters.
Anyone has solution or suggestion for this problem? I called support; they have no idea and recommend me to post here for help.
