How to take the diagnostic file in NPM

We are installed the NPM,we have the problem in view the options.

so, I need to take the Diagnostic file in NPM,Pl help me where & How to take .

Hi,

Open the Solarwinds\Orion folder. In a default installation, this will be located in c:/Program Files
Run the executable called SolarwindsDiagnostics.exe
This will create a zip file of the results - it will contains logs, events, and some information regarding the database etc.

You can access the utility from Start > All Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Documentation and Support > Orion Diagnostics as well.

When you select Start, it will ask where to store the file, and usually defaults to the desktop.
