Tandberg C60

So i have a handful of Tandberg Vid Conf equipment being monitored and up until we upgraded some of our devices they all were being monitored with no issues. MX, MXP' codecs s no issues.

A few of these we upgraded to C60 Codecs that now we can only monitor CPU on them, and this value that Orion is showing is off, because it shows pegged at 100percent all day everyday, but on the physical device itself it is less than 2 percent.

Can someone point me into the right direction to get these monitored correctly.

Do you have a maintenance contract with Tandberg? It is a newer unit so I'm guessing you could just contact Tandberg. We offer service contracts also. Even on used equipment. Andy can you tell me what I should ask Tandberg in regards to what Orion needs to read their device correctly. Thanks -

It is hard to tell so far but you can explain what you are seeing and find out if there is a new MIB or changes to the existing one that could explain the false readings. Chances are the either there is an altered agent/MIB or the agent on these devices has problems.

I have the same problem, and was told to submit a feature request for XML API.

You can vote for it here, and hopefully they will deliver.
