EOC data all wrong

Hello

We are using EOC version 1.3.0.803 and have three Orion servers linked into it running NPM 10.1.3. Firstly, the list of nodes on the Home page is much smaller than it should be and also there are some nodes showing up under the wrong server, its all messed up. Under the Orion Servers section the 'Total Nodes' statistics are incorrect, for example for one server it shows 40 nodes, but on the server itself there are over 300.

For the Netflow tab there are only 4 devices showing up but we are collecting from well over 50. The IPSLA and Wireless tabs are also not showing as much data as they should be.

Something seems to be very wrong, do I need to refresh the data somehow? Please help.

Amy, I'd first check Orion limitations for the Orion account you use for EOC polling. If you won't find any issue there, please open a support ticket.
