Beta Alert Manager
bleearg13
Okay, I'm trying to get alerts from the new alert manager based upon the traffic received. The problem is, the data isn't "cooked", which means I'm getting alerts with:
Current RX traffic is 2.877017E+07 BITS per second
Current TX traffic is 8.822841E+07 BITS per second
I know it's beta, but is there *any* hope of having the new Alert Manager actually be useful? It seems like every alert I try to create, there is something that prevents it from providing decent information.

There's a reason it's called "Beta". This is one of those reasons ... not to mention the other data macros that aren't even included.
I feel your pain though ... the beta engine as released is over a year old at this point.
v8 has been hyped up a lot at this point, and is really trying the patience of a lot of people in this forum. I know I will feel let down if v8 doesn't blow me away like every other major release of Orion has.
